Ordering and Shipping from Canada
How Interac e-Transfer payment, confirmation, packing, and carrier tracking work for a DexaLabs order.

Paying by Interac e-Transfer
DexaLabs orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer, a direct bank-to-bank payment available from any Canadian bank account with no card processor involved. At checkout, you're shown the amount to send, the receiving email address, and — most importantly — your order number to put in the transfer's message or memo field. That memo is how a payment gets matched to your order automatically; a transfer sent without it, or with the wrong number in it, waits in a manual review queue instead of confirming right away. Autodeposit is enabled on the receiving account, so your bank won't prompt you for a security question.
How confirmation works
Once your e-Transfer arrives, our system checks the memo, subject, or body text for your order number and compares the amount sent to the order total. When both match exactly, to the cent, the order confirms automatically — typically within a few minutes — and the order page updates on its own. If the amount is off, the memo is missing or ambiguous, or something else doesn't reconcile, a person reviews it by hand rather than guessing; you'll still get a confirmation once that review is done.
No customs, domestic delivery
All DexaLabs orders ship within Canada, so there's no customs process or import paperwork for a domestic delivery — the package moves the same way any other Canadian parcel does. There's no cross-border form to fill out and nothing held at a border crossing to wait on.
Packing and protection
Orders are packed to protect the lyophilized cake from light and physical impact in transit — the same reasons a vial needs light protection and careful handling once it's in your hands (see our storage and handling guide).
Carriers and tracking
Depending on the order, DexaLabs ships with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or DHL. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and a link to follow the package on the carrier's own site; the same information stays available any time on your order page.
Flat shipping rate
Shipping is a flat $15 CAD per order, regardless of order size.
Who this store is for
DexaLabs sells laboratory research reagents. Every order is placed on the understanding that the products are for laboratory and research use only, not for human consumption, and that the purchaser is buying on that basis.
